It includes studies from around the world, with new research added almost daily. ClinicalTrials.gov supports laws, regulations, and policies that require sponsors and investigators to publicly share information about clinical trials, including results.

How to search?

To find a list of clinical trials you may participate in, visit the "Find a Study" section on the homepage of ClinicalTrials.gov:

  • Under Status, select “Recruiting and not yet recruiting studies.”
  • In Condition or disease, enter your condition and select the most relevant option from the dropdown menu.
  • Under Other terms, you can enter the name of a drug or pharmaceutical company if known.

You can filter by

  • Status

 

  • Age/sex

 

  • Studies

Keep in mind that not all trials have results available—this depends on the study’s current status or whether the authors have submitted their results.
